Fulltime - Senior Web and Mobile Developer : Full Stack To cater the requirements of the department, two mobile apps integrated with web application is proposed. One mobile app for citizens to register their grievances, second mobile app for the department officials to view and submit the response against the grievances received and web application to monitor the grievances as well as officials involved in the entire process.
Some of the major features or functionalists of the mobile app for citizens include.
1.Download the mobile app from Google Play Store or from the web application.
2.Register using the mobile app.
3.Submit their grievances against the respective category to the concerned department with the required photograph, by capturing right from the site or attach already available photograph from the galley, with the description .
4.Provision to identify the ward based on the position of the citizen; provision to select the ward, if required to be modified or ward not identified.
5.Provision to review the feedback before submission.
6.Receipt of reply automatically if connected to internet, once the reply is provided by the department official.
7.Provision to view the list of grievances under category like Uploaded / Pending / All
8.View the official details who are responsible for looking after the concerned department / section.
9.Provision to provide feedback against the mobile app.
10.View the latest news and events.
